With my experience as both a real estate investor and a business owner, I can provide valuable assistance to you. I established my real estate business in 2014, and my journey into business investment opportunities began with my first investment in 2017. By 2020, I successfully expanded my portfolio to include around 15 properties. Transitioning from the residential sector to Florida commercial real estate, I found my true passion in working with commercial investors. A trip to SWFL in 2021 deepened my love for Florida, prompting me to invest in Airbnb properties in North Port and Englewood. In August 2022, I made the exciting decision to permanently relocate to Florida to focus on my commercial broker business and Business Intermediary services. I am thrilled to continue my work in the Sunshine State, specializing in SWFL while holding a license throughout the entire state.
